I just love watching sunrises and sunsets. I can't decide which I like the best. The invigorating feeling of waking up early to catch the sun rise and shine light onto a new day. The sunsets however, display the fading of a day that you have just experienced. The sunsets in Australia, with Moreton Island being no exception, are so stunning, with red hot fiery skies.
The pictures below are some of the sunsets we encountered on our family holiday at Moreton Island.

I am disappointed with the photos, as I feel I couldn't capture the atmosphere of the evening, which for me is what photography is about - capturing the moment.
