Yellowstone National Park Wildlife

Updated: Feb 7, 2021

Yellowstone’s abundant and diverse wildlife are as famous as its geysers. It is reported that there are nearly 300 species of birds, 16 species of fish, five species of amphibians, six species of reptiles, and 67 species of mammals—including seven native ungulate species and two bear species.

We love our wildlife and can spend hours, days and weeks immersing our-self into their natural habitats. We spend a lot of time researching the habits and behaviours of the wildlife, so as not to affect their environment. We would never coerce, endanger or harm any of these beautiful creatures.

These are just some photos of the wonderful times we spent watching and living next to these amazing creatures. More photos of the wildlife that can be found in Yellowstone National Park and the Grand Teton National Park, can be found in my other blogs.

I hope you enjoy the photos.
